We have received reports of emails not being sent from Blackboard, including emails of announcements, via the ‘Send email’ course tool and the Grade Centre.  

This has been reported to Blackboard who are investigating as a matter of urgency.  

Announcements sent using the Qwickly course tool appear to be unaffected. This is accessed on your Blackboard home page via Tools – Qwickly Course Tools – Post Announcement. 

We will provide an update as soon as we hear anything further from the supplier.
