[Resolved] Issues with managing content in Re/Play

On , 14 January 2025, the supplier resolved the problem causing issues with managing content in Re/Play

Students were not affected by this issue and were able to playback recordings in their Blackboard Courses. The incident did not impact the recording and uploading of lectures recorded in our equipped spaces.
