Turnitin’s scheduled maintenance was completed on the 4th January. All services are now back to normal. They have advised you may need to restart your browser and in some cases, clear your browser’s cache before accessing Turnitin.

Turnitin have advised us that their services will be unavailable on the 4th January 2020 from 4pm – 10pm due to scheduled maintenance. Users will be unable to submit and grade during this window.

Turnitin had reported they were experiencing issues with viewing similarity reports. This issue is now resolved, and all services are reported to be back to normal.

Turnitin had reported they were experiencing issues with uploading submissions to Turnitin.
This issue was resolved at 6:40pm on the 13th November. Paper processing times may take longer then usual as service gets back to normal.
Turnitin have reported that they have been experiencing issues with uploading submissions. Submissions may not upload, or take longer then expected to upload. Questionmark have now resolved the log in issue that was occurring this morning. Users should now be able to log in using single sign on.
We are aware that there is a problem with logging into Questionmark this morning. We have been in contact with Questionmark and have been told this issue will be resolved this morning.
