The Questionmark Perception Terminal Server needs to taken down briefly to have security updates applied to it. This work has been scheduled for Wednesday 20 June between 8 am and 9 am, although the actual downtime will only last for about ten minutes, at around 8.30 am. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
IT Services will be moving the secondary Questionmark Perception server to an improved installation on Thursday 12 April, between 8 am and noon. This means that the service will be relying on the primary server for that time, and hence it is to be regarded as an “at risk” period. We do not expect this process to have a significant effect on the service, although there may be a few brief outages.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
