Service announcements and essential information from the Digital Education Office
Turnitin have informed us that their services will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Saturday 25 October between 16:00 and 22:00 BST. During this maintenance window, users will be unable to submit or mark papers, or to view marks, feedback or similarity and AI reports.

On Saturday 29 March, between 15:00 – 15:30 GMT, Turnitin will be performing maintenance on their system. During this small window of time, Turnitin will be unavailable.

On Tuesday, 19 November, between 11:00 and 13:00, SafeAssign will undergo a maintenance update.
During this time, the service will be completely unavailable, and any submissions will need to be resubmitted after the maintenance. This upgrade is critical for improving system performance and ensuring more efficient plagiarism detection for Blackboard.
