[Resolved] Turnitin Similarity Report and Feedback Studio degraded performance

Turnitin have now advised us that the issue affecting Turnitin Similarity Reports and Feedback Studio has been resolved.

The incident occurred between May 10th 10:22 and May 10th 14:05.
