[Resolved] Re/Play timeout error message

This is an update of the issue from 29.11.22 

The issue identified yesterday which resulted in a time-out error when accessing Re/Play collections is now resolved. Our supplier confirmed that they had fixed the issue, and currently the system is working as expected.

We will continue to closely monitor the service.
