Questionmark Scheduled Maintenance: Saturday 18th April

Questionmark have advised us that there will be scheduled maintenance taking place on Saturday 18th April from 9:00 – 15:00. During this time all users may experience service disruptions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Questionmark OnDemand scheduled maintenance: 18th January 2020

Turnitin scheduled maintenance now completed: 4th January

Turnitin’s scheduled maintenance was completed on the 4th January. All services are now back to normal. They have advised you may need to restart your browser and in some cases, clear your browser’s cache before accessing Turnitin.

Turnitin services unavailable: 4th January

Turnitin have advised us that their services will be unavailable on the 4th January 2020 from 4pm – 10pm due to scheduled maintenance. Users will be unable to submit and grade during this window.

Turnitin issue resolved: 5th December 2.30pm

Turnitin had reported they were experiencing issues with viewing similarity reports. This issue is now resolved, and all services are reported to be back to normal.

Turnitin service disruption: 5th December

Turnitin are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. During this time, users may not receive Similarity Reports. You can track Turnitin’s status here: https://turnitin.statuspage.io/

Turnitin issue resolved – Unable to submit assignments 13th November

Turnitin had reported they were experiencing issues with uploading submissions to Turnitin.

This issue was resolved at 6:40pm on the 13th November. Paper processing times may take longer then usual as service gets back to normal.

Turnitin service disruption 13th November 4:30pm

Turnitin have reported that they have been experiencing issues with uploading submissions. Submissions may not upload, or take longer then expected to upload. Their engineers have identified the issue, and are working towards a resolution. You can track Turnitin’s status here: https://turnitin.statuspage.io/
