Questionmark Scheduled Maintenance: Saturday 18 June 2022 – 09:00-15:00
The purpose of the maintenance is to deploy system updates to ensure the ongoing reliability, security and up time of the platform.

IT Services and the supplier need to perform essential maintenance relating to University user authentication to enable sign in to Questionmark. This work will be carried out at 5pm today and may result in a short service interruption, likely to be around 10 minutes.

Turnitin have now advised us that the issue affecting Turnitin Similarity Reports and Feedback Studio has been resolved.
The incident occurred between May 10th 10:22 and May 10th 14:05.

This issue has now been resolved.
Turnitin are reporting degraded performance affecting Similarity Reports and Feedback studio. During this time you may find you are unable to load, or experience slow loading times for, Feedback Studio.
Students remain able to submit work and view marks and feedback.

We are pleased to announce that the Xerte server upgrade has been successful and is available to staff and students.

Turnitin have now advised us that the issue affecting Turnitin Feedback Studio has been resolved.

Edit: Turnitin have advised us that the emergency maintenance is taking longer than anticipated.
To resolve the issue affecting Turnitin Feedback Studio, Turnitin have advised us that there will be emergency maintenance taking place today, Wednesday 6th April from 11:00 BST and is expected to last for an hour.
