Service announcements and essential information from the Digital Education Office
Blackboard will be performing scheduled maintenance for Collaborate between 11 pm on Wednesday 8 April and 3 am on Thursday 9 April. You will experience intermittent availability of the scheduler, sessions and recordings during this time. Blackboard will try to minimise downtime and will not necessarily use the entire maintenance window.

Questionmark have advised us that there is scheduled maintenance due to take place on Saturday 21st March from 9am – 3pm. During this window Questionmark users may experience service disruptions.

The issue causing the Turnitin service disruption earlier today has been resolved. This lasted from 10.41 to 11.49, and may have led to you being unable to view Similarity Reports. Please accept our apologies for any disruption caused.
Turnitin is currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. During this time, you may not be able to view Similarity Reports. We will update you when we hear anything further.

The planned maintenance of Blackboard has been completed, and the service is available again.
